Our History: Several years ago, I became directly involved in BC’s organic food business; initially, as a willing-to-learn farm worker, and then as an enthusiastic sales person for growers, bringing the fruits of their labour to farmers’ markets.

Along the way, a few basic realities were hard to miss.  This province is home to some extraordinary organic growers, dedicated artisans, and talented chefs… most of whom share common goals: Improve our access to food that’s of superior quality, boost our economy, protect our farmland, and enhance our local food systems, and keep us – and our environment– healthy.

Developing ways to collaborate on these efforts remains a challenge.
Conventional food industry channels offer few opportunities for
growers, producers, and restaurant professionals to make, and maintain successful connections. I’ve made it my mission to build and nurture those local connections. It’s my investment in a tastier, sustainable future for all of us.
